The invention discloses an efficient production line of a medium-voltage switch cabinet. The efficient production line comprises an instrument box assembly line and a final assembly line, the instrument box assembly line comprises an instrument trolley and a plurality of sub-assembly stations arranged in sequence, and the instrument trolley conveys assembled instrument boxes to the final assembly line; the general assembly line comprises an AGV trolley and a trolley track. The side portion of the trolley track is sequentially provided with a cabinet assembly station, a grounding switch installation station, a mutual inductor installation station, a copper bar/static contact installation station, an instrument box installation station, a door plate installation station and a voltage withstanding test station from upstream to downstream. A small structural part mounting station, a wire harness and inner sealing plate mounting station, a circuit breaker mounting station, a blanking table and a transfer trolley are sequentially arranged from upstream to downstream; and the AGV transports the cabinet body to each mounting station and the withstand voltage test station, and transports the cabinet body to the blanking table. And the cabinet body is conveyed to each installation work station and each detection station through the AGV trolley, so that the production efficiency of the medium-voltage switch cabinet is improved to a great extent.

    本发明公开了一种中压开关柜高效生产线,包括仪表箱组装线和总装线;仪表箱组装线包括仪表小车和依次设置的多个分装工位,仪表小车将组装完成的仪表箱运送至总装线;总装线包括AGV小车和小车轨道,小车轨道的侧部由上游至下游依次设置有柜体组装工位、接地开关安装工位、互感器安装工位、铜排/静触头安装工位、仪表箱安装工位、门板安装工位和耐压测试工位;以及上游至下游依次设置有小结构件安装工位、线束及内封板安装工位、断路器安装工位、下料台和转运小车;AGV小车将柜体运送至各安装工位和耐压测试工位,运送至下料台。通过AGV小车将柜体运送至各个安装工作和检测工位,在很大程度上提高了中压开关柜的生产效率。
