The invention provides an immersed liquid-cooled cylindrical battery pack module and an electric vehicle adopting the same. The immersed liquid-cooled cylindrical battery pack module comprises a box body, a cylindrical battery arranged in the box body and a cover plate arranged at the top of the box body, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are formed in the two side walls of the box body respectively, an inlet splitter plate is arranged on the side, close to the liquid inlet, of the interior of the box body, an outlet confluence plate is arranged on the side, close to the liquid outlet, of the interior of the box body, multiple layers of splitter holes are formed in the inlet splitter plate from top to bottom, and correspondingly, multiple layers of confluence holes are formed in the outlet confluence plate from top to bottom; a clamping plate is further arranged in the box body, and the cylindrical battery is fixed in the box body through the clamping plate; the cover plate is provided with a liquid supplementing hole, a top plate is installed between the cover plate and the cylindrical battery in a sealing mode, the top plate is in a groove shape, and liquid leakage holes are formed in the two sides of the bottom of the top plate and communicated with fluid in the box body. According to the invention, the temperature uniformity between cylindrical batteries can be improved to the greatest extent, the risk of liquid leakage is reduced, and the cruising ability of an electric vehicle is improved.

    本发明提供一种浸没式液冷圆柱电池包模组及采用其的电动汽车,浸没式液冷圆柱电池包模组包括箱体、设于箱体内的圆柱电池和设于箱体顶部的盖板;箱体的两侧壁分别设有进液口和出液口,箱体内部靠近进液口的一侧设有进口分流板,靠近出液口的一侧设有出口汇流板,进口分流板由上至下开设多层分流孔,相应地,出口汇流板由上至下开设多层汇流孔;箱体内还设有夹板,夹板将圆柱电池固定在箱体内;所述盖板设有补液孔,盖板与圆柱电池之间密封安装有顶板,顶板为凹槽状,顶板的底部两侧设有漏液孔,漏液孔与箱体内部流体连通。本发明可最大程度上改善圆柱电池之间的温度均匀性,降低漏液风险,提高电动汽车的续航能力。
