The invention discloses a lithium battery lamination structure and a lamination method. The lithium battery lamination structure comprises a plurality of first pole pieces, a plurality of second pole pieces and two diaphragms which are arranged in parallel and are reserved at intervals, the plurality of first pole pieces are arranged in the gaps along the length direction at intervals, and the first pole pieces and the diaphragms between two adjacent gaps form a composite pole roll; the plurality of pairs of second pole pieces are arranged opposite to the first pole pieces up and down, one second pole piece in each pair of second pole pieces is arranged outside the diaphragm on the upper side of the interval, and the other second pole piece in each pair of second pole pieces is arranged outside the diaphragm on the lower side of the interval; the composite pole roll and the pair of second pole pieces form a lamination unit; and the diaphragms are sequentially and circularly stacked upwards and downwards by taking the gaps as turns, so that the composite pole rolls and the basic lamination units are alternately arranged. According to the lithium battery lamination structure and the lamination method, the lamination speed is high, and the occupied space is small.

    本发明公开了一种锂电池叠片结构及叠片方法,包括多个第一极片、多个第二极片和两个平行布置且预留有间隔的隔膜;多个所述第一极片沿长度方向间隙设置在所述间隔内,相邻两个间隙之间的所述第一极片和所述隔膜形成复合极卷;多个所述第二极片包括与所述第一极片上下相对布置的多对,每一对所述第二极片中的一个第二极片均设在所述间隔上侧的隔膜外部,每一对所述第二极片中的另外一个第二极片均设在所述间隔下侧的隔膜外部,所述复合极卷和一对所述第二极片形成叠片单元;隔膜以间隙为转折依次向上向下循环堆叠,以使所述复合极卷与所述基本叠片单元交替布置。本发明的锂电池叠片结构及叠片方法叠片速度快,占用空间小。
