By the adoption of the scheme, the inner container, the pressure braid layer and the outer container of the three-dimensional braid vehicle-mounted gas hydrogen cylinder are made of substantially same glass materials, the glass can be softened and then rapidly refrigerated, tempered and formed, and fiber materials are changed into composite materials under the condition that the coefficient of thermal expansion and density are not changed; therefore, the S glass fiber and the low-expansion tempered glass with the same thermal expansion coefficient can form a fiber reinforced composite material. Therefore, according to the scheme, different material layers keep the same overall thermal expansion coefficient, breeding and growth of cracks can be strictly controlled, the three-dimensional woven structure has high tensile strength and high specific strength, and the structural strength and the service life are guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种三维编织车载气氢瓶,三维编织车载气氢瓶包括从内到外依次设置的内胆、压力编织层和外胆,内胆和外胆的材料为钢化玻璃,压力编织层为三维编织结构,压力编织层的材料为S玻璃纤维。采用该方案,将三维编织车载气氢瓶的内胆、压力编织层和外胆设置为了实质相同的玻璃材料,玻璃可以进行软化后再迅速制冷钢化成型,在不改变热膨胀系数和密度的情况下将纤维材料变成复合材料,这样S玻璃纤维可以和自己热膨胀系数一致的低膨胀钢化玻璃组成纤维增强复合材料。因此该方案实现了不同的材料层保持相同的整体热膨胀系数,从而可严格控制裂纹的滋生和成长,并且三维编织结构有高抗拉强度和高比强度,保证了结构强度和使用寿命。
