The invention discloses an aircraft wing box narrow space life support system which comprises a ventilation system, a personnel conveying system, an environment monitoring system and a personnel sign monitoring system, the ventilation system comprises an air supply system and an air exhaust system, and pipelines of the air supply system and the air exhaust system surround the inner space of a wing box. The air supply system supplies fresh air into the wing box, the exhaust system exhausts waste gas in the wing box out of the wing box, and the personnel conveying system directly reaches a wing tip from an end rib of the wing box and conveys an operator and an operation tool to a designated station in the wing box. The environment monitoring system monitors the oxygen content, organic gas, poisonous and harmful gas and combustible gas in the wing box and gives an alarm when the environment is abnormal, and the personnel sign monitoring system monitors the vital signs of an operator in real time and gives an alarm when the operator is abnormal.
