An EPB/AVH torque unlocking optimization control method under multi-path working conditions of a new energy automobile realizes dynamic adjustment of unlocking torque slope limit values under different slopes, and obtains more optimized driving experience: step S1, a vehicle control unit collects vehicle information, and activates a torque unlocking optimization control module under an EPB/AVH mode if conditions are met; s2, a vehicle controller collects a vehicle slope signal or a longitudinal acceleration signal sent by an ESP, and analyzes the slope value of the current road condition of the vehicle; s3, the vehicle controller looks up an MAP table to obtain a corresponding preset torque slope limit value according to the processed slope value; s4, the user steps on an accelerator pedal to request torque output, and the torque output changes according to the slope limit value output by the torque unlocking optimization control module in the EPB/AVH mode; and the torque changes according to the limiting slope, when the parking torque of the braking system is exceeded, the EPB/AVH is unlocked, and the vehicle enters a normal driving mode. The optimization effects of short EPB/AVH unlocking time and small torque impact under various road conditions are achieved.

    一种新能源汽车多路工况下EPB/AVH扭矩解锁优化控制方法,通过下述步骤实现不同坡度下的解锁扭矩斜率限制值的动态调整,得到更优化的驾驶体验:步骤S1,整车控制器采集车辆信息,符合条件则激活EPB/AVH模式下扭矩解锁优化控制模块;步骤S2,整车控制器采集车辆坡度信号或者ESP发送的纵向加速度信号,解析出车辆当前所处路况的坡度值;步骤S3,整车控制器根据处理后的坡度值,查MAP表得到对应预设扭矩斜率限制值;步骤S4,用户踩下加速踏板请求扭矩输出,扭矩输出根据EPB/AVH模式下扭矩解锁优化控制模块输出的斜率限制值变化;扭矩按照限制斜率变化,当超过制动系统驻车扭矩时,EPB/AVH解锁,车辆进入正常行驶模式。实现在各种路况下EPB/AVH解锁时间短,扭矩冲击小的优化效果。
