An oil pump is usually powered by a vehicle-mounted storage battery, and the working voltage is approximately constant, so that under the normal working condition, the oil pump current, the oil pump rotating speed and the flow are in one-to-one correspondence, and when the oil pump is in empty suction, the oil suction resistance of the oil pump is reduced, so that the oil pump current is lower than the normal working current. The one-to-one correspondence relation of the rotating speed, the flow and the current is obtained according to the technical specification of the oil pump and input into an oil pump control strategy, the oil pump current is monitored in real time, and under a certain rotating speed, the oil pump current is lower than a given current threshold value, the duration is recorded, and the accumulated time within continuous 1 min is larger than a set value, an oil pump air suction fault is triggered. And checking whether lubricating oil of the speed reducer is lost and whether an oil filter at the front end of the oil pump is blocked. The oil pump is prevented from being damaged by dry grinding of the oil pump due to long-time empty suction, and meanwhile frequent fault reporting caused by short-time empty suction of the oil pump due to the sudden acceleration and deceleration working condition of the vehicle is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车减速器油泵空吸故障判定方法,油泵通常由车载蓄电池供电,工作电压近似恒定,所以正常工作情况下,油泵电流、油泵转速及流量一一对应,当油泵空吸时,油泵吸油阻力降低、导致油泵电流低于正常工作电流。根据油泵的技术说明书得到转速、流量、电流的一一对应关系录入到油泵控制策略中,实时监控油泵电流,在某个转速下,油泵电流低于给定电流阀值,记录持续时间,连续1min内累计时间大于设定值,触发油泵空吸故障,此时需检查减速器润滑油量是否缺失及油泵前端油滤是否堵塞。本发明避免了由于长时间空吸导致油泵干磨损坏油泵,同时又避免了车辆急加减速工况引起油泵短时空吸而频繁报故障。
