The invention relates to an intelligent queuing and calling method for vehicles in a factory storeroom. The method comprises the following steps: 1) when entering a parking lot, the vehicles are scanned and recognized by a license plate recognition system; 2) after the vehicle enters the parking lot waiting area, a driver queues to take a number through the number taking and calling machine; (3) the background server distributes the license plate number to the idle parking space, that is, the license plate number and the idle parking space are bound, the system polls the parking space regularly, and when the idle parking space is detected, the system screens out the vehicle meeting the requirement according to a set rule, takes out the license plate number of the first parking space and distributes the license plate number to the idle parking space; (4) the system informs the ranked vehicle to enter a specified parking space; and 5) when the vehicle finishes loading and unloading in the warehouse and leaves the access gate near the parking space, automatically identifying the license plate number, unbinding the corresponding parking space and the license plate number, and automatically converting the parking space state into an idle state, thereby greatly relieving the congestion condition of the warehouse, improving the vehicle turnover efficiency by 50%, and reducing the logistics transportation cost.

    本发明是一种厂区库房车辆智能排队叫号方法,包括以下步骤:1)车辆进入停车场时通过车牌识别系统扫描识别;2)车辆进入停车场等候区后,司机通过取号叫号机排队取号;3)后台服务器将车牌号分配给空闲泊位,即绑定车牌号和空闲泊位,系统定期轮询泊位,当检测到空闲泊位时,系统根据设定的规则筛选出符合要求的车辆,取出其中排第一位的车牌号,分配给空闲泊位;4)系统通知排到号的车辆进入指定泊位;5)车辆在库房装卸货完毕,离开泊位附近的出入卡口时,自动进行车牌号识别,相应泊位和车牌号解绑,同时泊位状态自动转为空闲;本发明极大地缓解库房拥堵情况,车辆周转效率提高50%,降低了物流运输成本。
