The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal protection coatings, and particularly relates to a thermal protection coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the thermal protection coating comprises the following steps: performing first plasma spraying on a ceramic coating on the surface of a substrate to obtain a compact layer; the current of the first plasma spraying is 800 to 1000 A; performing second plasma spraying of a ceramic coating on the surface of the compact layer to obtain a surface layer, and forming a thermal protection coating; the current of the second plasma spraying is 500 to 600A. The bonding strength of the coating and the substrate is improved by utilizing a compact layer sprayed by relatively high current plasma; the surface layer subjected to low-current plasma spraying has high roughness, diffuse reflection of the coating is improved, and therefore the emissivity of the coating is improved. The thermal protection coating prepared by the invention has high bonding strength with a matrix and also has high infrared emissivity.
本发明属于热防护涂层技术领域,具体涉及一种热防护涂层及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的热防护涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在基体表面第一等离子喷涂陶瓷涂料,得到致密层;所述第一等离子喷涂的电流为800~1000A;在所述致密层表面第二等离子喷涂陶瓷涂料,得到表层,形成热防护涂层;所述第二等离子喷涂的电流为500~600A。利用较高电流等离子喷涂的致密层提高了涂层与基体的结合强度;较低电流等离子喷涂的表层具有较高的粗糙度提高了涂层的漫反射从而提高了涂层的发射率。本发明制备的热防护涂层与基体具有高的结合强度也具有高的红外发射率。
