The invention provides a code-free assembling device and method for manufacturing a high-strength steel pressure container. Comprising a code-free longitudinal seam adjusting device, a code-free circular seam adjusting device and a code-free pressure container hoisting device, in the manufacturing stage of the high-strength steel pressure container, the code-free longitudinal seam adjusting device or the code-free circular seam adjusting device is installed in the area, needing to be adjusted, of a longitudinal seam or a circular seam of the high-strength steel pressure container, a top code is rotated, and thrust is generated through threads between the top code and a sleeve; the plate wall difference between the longitudinal seam and the circular seam of the high-strength steel pressure container is adjusted in a code-free mode; in the transferring process, a high-strength steel pressure container workpiece is clamped through a clamp of the non-code pressure container lifting device, and lifting is carried out through a lifting lug of the high-strength steel pressure container workpiece; code-free assembly and lossless hoisting are achieved. Through the stacking-free longitudinal seam adjusting device, the stacking-free circular seam adjusting device and the stacking-free pressure container hoisting device, the risks of deformation and welding defects of the pressure container are eliminated. The codeless assembly device and method for manufacturing the high-strength steel pressure vessel are suitable for application.

    本发明提出的是一种高强钢压力容器制作用无码装配装置及方法。包括无码纵缝调整装置、无码环缝调整装置、无码压力容器吊运装置,在高强钢压力容器制作阶段,高强钢压力容器纵缝或环缝需调整区域安装无码纵缝调整装置或者无码环缝调整装置,旋动顶码,利用顶码与套筒间螺纹产生推力,无码化对高强钢压力容器纵缝、环缝板壁差进行调整;在转运过程中应用无码压力容器吊运装置的卡具将高强钢压力容器工件夹紧,通过自带吊耳进行吊运;实现无码装配、无损吊运。本发明通过无码纵缝调整装置、无码环缝调整装置、无码压力容器吊运装置消除了压力容器造成变形、焊接缺陷的风险。适宜作为一种高强钢压力容器制作用无码装配装置及方法应用。
