An anchoring guide rail (12A) for an aircraft floor includes an upper flange (14) including a guide slot (140A) and two flange wings (160). The guide rail is formed by a beam (30) and an anti-corrosion protection device (32). The beam is formed from at least a body (30A) made of a first material and defines a lower reinforcing structure (16) and an upper platform (34). The anti-corrosion protection device (32) completely covers an upper face (37) of the upper platform (34) and, together with the upper platform, forms an upper flange (14) of the guide rail, thus being layered. The anti-corrosion protection device (32) is formed from at least a protective sheet (32A) made of a second material that is more corrosion-resistant than the first material, said second material being selected from the group consisting of metal and fiber-reinforced plastic composites. Such a guide rail exhibits good corrosion resistance at a moderate cost.
