One or more embodiments of the invention relate to the technical field of automobiles, in particular to an automatic adjusting method for an inside rear-view mirror, the inside rear-view mirror and a vehicle. The invention discloses a method for automatically adjusting an inside rear-view mirror. The method comprises a driver detection link, a presetting link, an identity recognition link and an inside rear-view mirror adjusting link. Wherein the driver detection link comprises a first step of signal monitoring, a second step of signal capturing and a third step of awakening the control device. Wherein the identity recognition link comprises a first step of in-place recognition; and 2, specific identity recognition. The inner rear-view mirror adjusting link comprises the steps that firstly, a coordinate system is set; 2, acquiring coordinate values; thirdly, automatic adjustment is carried out; and 4, adjusting reminding. In this way, the adjustment accuracy and efficiency of the inside rear-view mirror are greatly improved. According to the scheme, the eye movement of the driver can be identified and confirmed more intelligently, so that the adjustment accuracy and sensitivity are improved, and the safety in the driving process is improved.
