The invention provides an online safety monitoring system and method for a mine hoist cage guide, and relates to the technical field of mine hoisting equipment. The system comprises a receiving device, a transmission device, a sensor device and a hoister cage guide device, a load sensor, a vibration acceleration sensor, a tilt angle sensor and an image recognition module are installed on a hoisting skip bucket, and a signal transmitter on the hoisting skip bucket and the receiving device of a well mouth conduct data transmission. An active infrared sensor and a two-dimensional laser scanning radar are arranged at the tail end of the steel wire rope, and the receiving device carries out time domain and frequency domain transformation on the vibration signals to obtain vibration signal frequency spectrum energy; according to the frequency spectrum characteristics of the vibration signals of the rigid cage guide in the normal state and the fault state, the safety threshold value of the vibration signals is determined; the cage guide is monitored on line through an image processing technology algorithm, various fault data and a cage guide coordinate curve graph are output, and the system can conduct real-time early warning on inclination and vibration conditions, cage shoe abrasion and loading positions, a tail rope and the like.

    本发明提供了一种矿用提升机罐道在线安全监测系统及方法,涉及矿用提升设备技术领域。该系统包括接收装置、传输装置、传感器装置和提升机罐道装置,载荷传感器、振动加速传感器、倾角传感器和图像识别模块安装在提升箕斗上,提升箕斗上的信号发射器和井口的接收装置进行数据传输,钢丝绳的末端设置有主动红外线传感器和二维激光扫描雷达,接收装置对振动信号进行时域频域变换,得到振动信号频谱能量;根据刚性罐道在正常状态与故障状态下的振动信号的频谱特性,确定振动信号的安全阈值;通过图像处理技术算法对罐道进行在线监测,输出各类故障数据以及罐道坐标曲线图,该系统可以对倾斜及振动状况、罐耳的磨损及装载位置、尾绳等进行实时预警。
