The invention provides a power device compatible with a high-voltage platform and a power device charging method.The power device compatible with the high-voltage platform comprises two battery modules, a battery series connection unit and a battery parallel connection unit, the battery series connection unit is electrically connected with the two battery modules, and the battery parallel connection unit is electrically connected with the two battery modules. The two battery modules are connected in series and form a series loop, so that the voltage after the two battery modules are connected in series is matched with the first external power supply voltage; and the battery parallel connection unit is electrically connected with the two battery modules and forms a parallel connection loop with the two battery modules, so that the voltage after the two battery modules are connected in parallel is matched with a second external power supply voltage. According to the power device and the power device charging method, voltages of different charging piles can be matched, and then charging is completed.
