The invention relates to the field of electric vehicle chargers, and discloses and provides an energy-saving self-protection electric vehicle charger which comprises a first shell, a second shell is arranged on the rear side of the first shell, a fan is arranged in the middle of the front wall of the first shell, and mounting bases are fixedly connected to the middle of the bottom wall of the first shell and the middle of the bottom wall of the second shell. A charger main body is arranged at the tops of the two mounting seats, a heat dissipation box is fixedly connected to the top wall of the charger main body, and a plurality of groups of uniformly distributed heat dissipation fins penetrate through and are fixedly connected to the top wall of the heat dissipation box. According to the invention, the charger main body works to generate heat, the heat is absorbed by the heat conduction pipe and then is dissipated into the shell through the cooling fins, and then the fan is started, so that air flow generated when the fan works is dissipated into external air through the cooling holes in the second shell; and the heat dissipation efficiency of the charger is greatly improved, so that the service life of the charger is greatly prolonged.

    本发明涉及电动车充电器领域,公开提供了一种节能自保护电动车充电器,包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体后侧设置有第二壳体,所述第一壳体前壁中部设置有风机,所述第一壳体与第二壳体底壁中部均固定连接有安装座,两组所述安装座顶部设置有充电器主体,所述充电器主体顶壁固定连接有散热箱,所述散热箱顶壁贯穿并固定连接有多组均匀分布的散热片。本发明中,充电器主体工作产生热量,热量被导热管吸收后通过散热片散发到壳体内部,之后通过启动风机,风机工作时产生气流通过第二壳体上的散热孔散发到外界空气中,大大提高了充电器的散热效率从而大大增长了充电器的使用寿命。
