Dried lotus leaf stems entering the cabin fall between a movable plate and an extrusion plate, the movable plate moves towards the extrusion plate to extrude the dried lotus leaf stems, the extrusion plate is put down towards a collection box under the action of a torsion spring, and the dried lotus leaf stems are conveyed into the collection box; the ship is used as a carrier, the underwater cutting device, the lifting device, the conveying device, the squeezing and collecting device and the collecting device operate in a coordinated mode, lotus leaves are automatically cut, squeezed, drained and collected in the running process of the ship, targeted cutting work can be conducted according to the depths of different withered lotus leaf stems, and the work efficiency is improved.     本发明公开一种枯荷叶自动清理收集装置及方法,调整切割装置的上下高度,使上刀片和下刀片适应不同高度的枯荷叶杆切割,滚轮卷住枯荷叶,将切割下的枯荷叶输送到滚压轮下方,滚压轮通过摩擦力将枯荷叶杆送入船舱内,进入船舱内枯荷叶杆落在活动板和挤压板之间,活动板移向挤压板,对枯荷叶杆进行挤压,挤压板在扭转弹簧的作用下向收集盒方向放倒,枯荷叶杆传输到收集盒内;本发明以船只为载体,将水下切割装置、升降装置、传输装置、挤压收集装置和收集装置各部分协调运作,实现了在船只运行过程中对荷叶进行自动地切割、挤压排水和收集,能够根据不同枯荷叶杆的深度,进行针对性的切割工作,使得切割清理工作更加彻底,清理效率高。
