The ship block building and folding process method comprises the following steps that a, a ship is divided into a bow block and a stern block, and the bow block and the stern block are built at the A line position and the B line position of a horizontal slipway respectively; b, a bow block is built on the rear side of a built ship on the line A, and the bow block is located on a slipway pier to be carried layer by layer; c, the stern block is built on the rear side of the built ship on the line B, and the sections are located on a door-shaped bracket to be carried layer by layer; d, after the bow block is built, the sliding block penetrates into the bottom of the bow block, and a docking block is additionally arranged; e, after the stern block is built, the ship lifting deck is flush with the horizontal slipway, and the axis transport vehicle is moved into the floating dock to be folded with the stern block; f, the placing state of the stern block is adjusted, and shape adjusting assembly is matched with a block folding opening; g, after the stern block is installed in place, welding operation is conducted on a closure opening, and a broadside supporting column structure is dismantled; and h, after the bow and stern blocks are closed, the floating dock releases the float, and the ship enters the water. The tool cost can be reduced, the ship building cost is reduced, the building period of the slipway is shortened, and the use efficiency of the slipway is improved.
本发明船舶总段建造合拢工艺方法,包括以下步骤:a、将船舶分为艏艉总段,分别在水平船台A、B线位置建造;b、艏总段在A线已建船舶后侧建造,将分段座落在船台墩上逐层搭载;c、艉总段在B线已建船舶后侧建造,将分段座落在门型托架上逐层搭载;d、艏总段建造完毕,将滑块穿入艏总段底部,加设坞墩;e、艉总段建造完毕,使抬船甲板与水平船台齐平,轴线运输车移运进浮船坞与艏总段合拢;f、调整艉总段摆放状态,配合总段合拢口调形装配;g、艉总段安装到位后,合拢口焊接作业并拆除舷侧支撑柱结构;h、艏艉总段合拢完成后,浮船坞放漂,船舶下水。本发明可减少工装费用,降低船舶建造成本,缩短船台建造周期,提高船台使用效率。
