The transportation structure comprises a ship body, a support assembly, an overwater stand column, an underwater stand column and two strip-shaped connecting sections. A mounting notch is formed in one end of the ship body, and sliding rails are arranged on the mounting faces located at the two ends of the mounting notch. The support assembly comprises two vertical centralizing supports, the two vertical centralizing supports are installed on the two sliding rails in a sliding mode respectively, and clasping rings are arranged on the vertical centralizing supports. The enclasping rings on the two vertical righting supports are oppositely combined to clamp and fix the overwater stand column in the mounting notch, a rotating shaft is arranged on the side wall of the overwater stand column, the middles of the two strip-shaped connecting sections are rotationally connected with the rotating shaft, and one end of each strip-shaped connecting section is fixedly connected with the underwater stand column. By the adoption of the transportation structure and the construction method, transportation cost is reduced, meanwhile, the operation difficulty of butt joint installation of the floating type draught fan foundation and the offshore draught fan on the sea is reduced, and construction efficiency is improved.
