According to the scheme, in the transportation process, a carbon dioxide aqueous solution shakes slightly under the influence of shaking and bumping, part of carbon dioxide gas overflows into a fixing frame, a piston is driven to extrude air to flow, and the good ventilation effect is kept; when the buffer sleeve is collided, the carbon dioxide aqueous solution shakes violently, a large amount of carbon dioxide gas is blown into the telescopic hemisphere bag to push open the magnetic insulation petal pieces, so that the magnetic balls repel the magnetic contact strips to be mutually interwoven and tightly attached to the buffer sleeve through the same-pole repulsion effect, and after the buffer sleeve hardens to preliminarily absorb impact force, the magnetic contact strips are tightly attached to the buffer sleeve. The impact bearing capacity can be effectively enhanced and the impact influence can be relieved through a net simulated after repulsive force and mutual interweaving of the magnetic contact strips, and meanwhile, the impact force is further relieved through the hardening of the buffer cushion and the telescopic change of the shear type connecting rod, so that the soft magnetic ferrite core is not easy to damage, and the conveying effect and the protection effect are enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种软磁铁氧体磁芯低碰撞运输设备,属于软磁铁氧体磁芯领域,本方案实现在输送过程中,受晃动颠簸影响二氧化碳水溶液小幅度晃动,部分二氧化碳气体溢出至固定框内,带动活塞挤压空气进行流动,保持良好通风效果,当受到碰撞后,二氧化碳水溶液剧烈晃动,大量二氧化碳气体鼓入到伸缩半球囊,顶开绝磁瓣片,使磁球通过同性相斥作用排斥磁性触条相互交织紧紧贴附在缓冲套上,在缓冲套变硬初步吸收冲击力后,通过排斥力和磁性触条相互交织后模拟成的网状,能够有效的增强冲击承受力,减缓冲击影响,同时缓冲垫变硬吸收冲击力和剪式连杆的伸缩变化进一步减缓冲击力,使软磁铁氧体磁芯不易受损,增强输送效果和防护效果。
