A method for parking and charging a single vehicle includes: receiving, by a control center of a stop area network, information about stops from a bicycle user, the information including stops at which a vehicle is parked/charged along a planned route thereof if necessary, and optional parking/charging terminals equipped with electrical connectors and locks; inputting user data to confirm the identity of the user and enable the user to use specified stop service; communication is established between the user and the control unit of the stop; according to an instruction of a parking station operator, a single vehicle is mechanically fixed and forbidden at a specified parking space through a lock; mating an electrical connector of the electric vehicle battery with a connector of a parking/charging terminal of the parking station; charging the battery and storing the electric vehicle; the information related to the execution action is transmitted to a stop control unit connected with the control center, and the stop control unit checks the execution of an instruction from a stop operator, the butt joint state of an electric connector and a lock and the charging condition of a battery; and carrying out operability test, power consumption parameter measurement, charging fee calculation, parking terminal reservation time control, connected rental vehicle reservation time control and vehicle time control connected with the parking terminal or connected to the parking terminal on the electric vehicle parked at the parking station. The renting amount used by the parking terminal of the parking station, the data and information related to the occupied parking station and the operation mode of the parking terminal are transmitted to a control center; providing settlement between the user and the parking operator; and locking the vehicle for fixing the parking terminal, and unlocking the vehicle so that the user can use the vehicle. Some functions of the control unit and the information unit can be performed by a user's mobile electronic device and/or a control center of the stop area network using suitable software. In this process, interaction between the user and the central area system of the parking station is ensured in the form of open dialogues.
