The invention discloses a high-fatigue-resistance rubber composition for tires. The high-fatigue-resistance rubber composition comprises 100 parts of rubber, 0.3-3 parts of a multifunctional modifier, 30-150 parts of an inorganic reinforcing filler, 0.1-4.5 parts of sulfur, 0-18 parts of a coupling agent and 0.1-4.5 parts of a vulcanization accelerator. According to the invention, the multifunctional modifier is added into the rubber composition, and the multifunctional modifier can improve the compatibility between rubbers and stabilize sulfur cross-linking bonds after complexing with zinc oxide, so that the anti-fatigue performance can be improved, crack initiation can be delayed, the crack propagation rate can be reduced, and the physical property retention rate after aging can be improved; meanwhile, the performance of low hysteresis loss, low heat generation and low rolling resistance is achieved.

    本发明公开一种用于轮胎的高抗疲劳橡胶组合物,包括:橡胶100份、多功能改性剂0.3‑3份、无机补强填料30‑150份、硫磺0.1‑4.5份、偶联剂0‑18份、硫化促进剂0.1‑4.5份。本发明中在橡胶组合物中添加多功能改性剂,因多功能改性剂可以改善橡胶之间相容性,同时与氧化锌络合后,稳定硫磺交联键,从而能够提高抗疲劳性能,延缓裂纹萌生,降低裂纹扩展速率,提升老化后物性保持率,同时具有低滞后损失、低生热,低滚动阻力的性能。
