The invention relates to a lightweight frame assembly structure. According to the lightweight frame assembly structure, an energy absorption space is formed in an energy absorption cross beam; reinforcing the cross beam; the two longitudinal beams are arranged at an interval and form a mounting space; the energy-absorbing cross beam and the reinforcing cross beam are positioned in the mounting space and are connected with the two longitudinal beams; the stringer includes: an upper airfoil; a lower airfoil; the upper end and the lower end of the ventral face are connected with the upper wing face and the lower wing face through first arc transition parts respectively. And the wall thickness of the ventral surface is greater than those of the upper wing surface and the lower wing surface. Therefore, the stress concentration of the local structure of the longitudinal beam is weakened; an energy absorption space is formed in the energy absorption cross beam, so that the frame can bear large vibration impact for a long time, and the service life is prolonged; in addition, the structures are all made of aluminum alloy extruded profiles and are obtained through the extrusion process, the strength is enhanced, meanwhile, the weight is reduced, subsequent machining and cutting can be conducted, the better material utilization rate is achieved, and by designing and planning the wall thicknesses of different parts, mold generalization is achieved, the mold variety is reduced, and therefore the part cost is reduced.

    本申请涉及一种轻量化车架总成结构,其包括:吸能横梁内设有吸能空间;加强横梁;两个纵梁间隔设置,并形成安装空间;吸能横梁和加强横梁位于安装空间内,并与两个纵梁连接;纵梁包括:上翼面;下翼面;腹面的上下两端分别通过第一圆弧过渡部与上翼面和下翼面连接;腹面的壁厚大于上翼面和下翼面的壁厚。从而使得纵梁的局部结构减弱应力集中;吸能横梁内设有吸能空间,使得车架能够长期承受较大的振动冲击,延长使用寿命;再者以上的结构均采用铝合金挤压型材,通过挤压工艺获得,在加强强度的同时,也减轻了重量,后续还可加工切割,实现更好的材料利用率,通过设计规划不同零件壁厚,实现模具通用化,降低模具品种,从而降低零件成本。
