The method comprises the following steps: receiving a train position signal in real time; according to the train position signal, whether the train receives a partition handover success signal when arriving at a first brake point of the current partition is judged; under the condition that a partition handover success signal is received, the train is controlled to run at the current speed to pass through the partition junction point to reach the next partition; and under the condition that the partition handover success signal is not received, the train is controlled to execute braking at the first braking point so that the train can be parked at the first parking point of the current partition. Therefore, under the condition that train subarea handover is not successful, it can be guaranteed that the train stops in time before crossing the next subarea; and under the condition that train partition handover succeeds, it can be guaranteed that the train does not decelerate, and crossing of the two partitions is achieved.
