The invention discloses a non-contact flexible cleaning system for an airplane, which comprises a cleaning platform for the airplane to move, an airplane back cleaning assembly for cleaning the airplane back, an airplane belly cleaning assembly for cleaning the airplane belly, a general control assembly and a radar sensor, the engine back cleaning assembly comprises a first liquid storage tank, a dissolved air type cavitation unit and a cavitation gun, the dissolved air type cavitation unit and the cavitation gun are connected with the first liquid storage tank, the engine belly cleaning assembly comprises a second liquid storage tank, a micro-nano cavitation unit and a cavitation spray head assembly which are connected in sequence, and the cavitation spray head assembly is installed at the top of the cleaning platform. The multiple radar sensors are installed on the two sides of the cleaning platform at equal intervals. The radar sensor is wirelessly connected to the master control assembly for data interaction, and the master control assembly is in control connection with the dissolved air type cavitation unit, the cavitation gun, the micro-nano cavitation unit and the cavitation nozzle assembly.

    本发明公开了一种用于飞机的非接触柔性清洗系统,包含供飞机移动的清洗平台、清洗飞机机背的机背清洗组件、清洗飞机机腹的机腹清洗组件、总控组件、雷达传感器,所述机背清洗组件包含第一储液罐以及分别于所述第一储液罐连接的溶气式空化机组、空化炮,所述机腹清洗组件包含依次连接的第二储液罐、微纳米空化机组、空化喷头组件,所述空化喷头组件安装于所述清洗平台的顶部,所述清洗平台的两侧等距安装有多个所述雷达传感器;所述雷达传感器通过无线连接于所述总控组件进行数据交互,所述总控组件分别控制连接所述溶气式空化机组、所述空化炮、所述微纳米空化机组、所述空化喷头组件。
