During use, the connecting line of the ball head center of the first ball head rod and the ball head center of the second ball head rod and the connecting line of the rotating center of the steering rotating shaft and the ball head center of the third ball head rod are the included angle a3 formed by the connecting line of the two dotted lines in the figure. No matter left turning or right turning, even if the included angle a3 changes, steering resistance cannot be generated, and steering can be achieved easily.
