In a power device (10) and a charge rate calculation method, a control unit (30) calculates the total (FCC) of the full charge capacities of a plurality of removable batteries (16a-16d (16)), and calculates the total (RC) of the current charge capacities of the plurality of removable batteries (16). The SOC (RSOC) of the whole of the plurality of removable batteries (16) is calculated on the basis of the calculated sum (FCC) of the full charge capacities and the sum (RC) of the current charge capacities.

    在电力装置(10)和充电率计算方法中,控制单元(30)计算多个可拆装式电池(16a~16d(16))各自的充满电容量的合计(FCC),并计算多个可拆装式电池(16)各自的当前充电容量的合计(RC),根据计算出的充满电容量的合计(FCC)和当前充电容量的合计(RC)来计算多个可拆装式电池(16)整体的SOC即RSOC。
