The invention discloses a cloud management method of an intelligent trolley for detecting poultry vital signs, which comprises the following steps that: 1) a cloud end issues a cruise instruction to the intelligent trolley through an embedded control panel, and the trolley randomly moves around a farm; (2) data acquisition is carried out through a piezoelectric sensor of the intelligent trolley, and whether the trolley collides with an obstacle or not is judged through an encoder pulse signal; (3) when the intelligent trolley encounters an obstacle on the traveling way, acquiring an obstacle picture through a camera, and performing image type recognition processing through an image recognition module; and 4) confirming the position information of the poultry without vital signs through a GPS module of the intelligent trolley, and uploading the position information to the cloud. The invention discloses an intelligent trolley for detecting vital signs of poultry. The intelligent trolley comprises an embedded control panel, a GPS module, a 4G communication module, a driving module, an image recognition module and a piezoelectric sensor. On the premise of reducing human and livestock contact and guaranteeing the safety of workers, the vital sign state of the poultry is obtained, and the health condition of the poultry is judged.
