The invention discloses a method for reconstructing a complex temperature field of a test piece in a thermal test of an aircraft component. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, performing an actual thermal test on the test piece by using a quartz heater; 2, acquiring an actual time-varying temperature boundary of the filament; 3, establishing a test piece heating finite element model; 4, acquiring an initial surface simulation temperature field of the test piece; 5, correcting the time-varying temperature boundary of the filament model; and 6, obtaining the corrected surface simulation temperature field of the test piece. According to the method, the actual time-varying temperature boundary of the filament is obtained, the actual time-varying temperature boundary is endowed to the test piece heating finite element model, then the time-varying temperature boundary of the test piece heating finite element model is corrected, and a test piece surface simulation temperature field obtained through simulation replaces a temperature field obtained through test data interpolation; a complex temperature field on the surface of the test piece in an actual thermal test can be reconstructed more accurately, so that analysis results such as further thermal stress analysis and thermal modal analysis are more accurate.

    本发明公开了一种飞机构件热试验的试验件复杂温度场重构方法,包括步骤:一、使用石英加热器进行试验件的实际热试验;二、获取灯丝的实际时变温度边界;三、建立试验件加热有限元模型;四、获取试验件的初始表面仿真温度场;五、对灯丝模型的时变温度边界进行修正;六、得到修正后的试验件表面仿真温度场。本发明通过获取灯丝的实际时变温度边界,将实际时变温度边界赋予试验件加热有限元模型,再对试验件加热有限元模型的时变温度边界进行修正,以仿真获得的试验件表面仿真温度场代替试验数据插值获得的温度场,能够更加准确地重构实际热试验中试验件表面的复杂温度场,以便进一步进行的热应力分析、热模态分析等分析结果更加准确。
