The driving wheel comprises a driving wheel shaft, a fixed disc, a slope plate, a movable disc, multiple sets of variable-speed sliding blocks and a return mechanism, the movable disc is arranged on the driving wheel shaft in a sleeving mode and can axially move between the slope plate and the fixed disc, and multiple sets of guide grooves distributed in the circumferential direction are formed in the side, facing the slope plate, of the movable disc; the variable-speed sliding blocks are installed in the guide grooves in a one-to-one correspondence mode and can push the movable disc to move towards the fixed disc. Wherein in the shutdown state, the distance between the gravity center of the variable-speed sliding block and the rotating central axis of the driving wheel shaft is e, the radius of the outer edge of the movable disc is r, e is smaller than or equal to 0.42 r, shaking and abnormal sound at the low speed can be obviously reduced, and therefore the driving experience of a driver can be better.

    本发明涉及一种全地形车无级变速总成,其包括传动带、从动轮和主动轮,所述传动带套设于所述从动轮和所述主动轮上;所述主动轮包括主动轮轴、固定盘、斜坡板、移动盘、多组变速滑块和回位机构,所述移动盘套设于所述主动轮轴上且能够在所述斜坡板与所述固定盘之间进行轴向移动,所述移动盘的朝向所述斜坡板的一侧形成有沿周向分布的多组导向槽;所述变速滑块一一对应安装于所述导向槽内且能够推动所述移动盘朝所述固定盘移动。其中,在停机状态时所述变速滑块的重心与所述主动轮轴的旋转中心轴线之间的距离为e,所述移动盘的外缘半径为r,e≤0.42r,可以明显减少低速时的抖动及异响,从而能够使驾驶员的驾驶体验更好。
