The invention is used for the technical field of tunnel supporting construction, and discloses a friction type rail conveying device which comprises a trolley body, a walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a height-adjustable supporting mechanism are arranged at the lower end of the trolley body, the walking mechanism comprises walking wheels and a walking motor driving the walking wheels to rotate, and the walking wheels are connected with the top face of an I-shaped rail in a clamped mode; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting oil cylinder, a bottom plate connected with an oil cylinder rod of the lifting oil cylinder and guide wheel assemblies arranged on the two sides of the bottom plate. The guide wheel assemblies are arranged between the top face and the bottom face of the rail. After the trolley body travels to the tail end of the rail and completes work, the lifting oil cylinder shrinks to enable the guide wheels of the guide wheel assembly to abut against the top face of the rail so as to lift the rail till the rail makes contact with the traveling wheels, the traveling motor drives the traveling wheels to rotate, and the rail is driven to advance through friction force between the traveling wheels and the rail. Therefore, the automatic rail feeding function is achieved through the lifting mechanism, the structure is simple, clamping stagnation is not prone to occurring, and reliability is high.

    本发明用于隧道支护施工技术领域,公开了一种摩擦式送轨装置,包括台车主体,台车主体的下端设有走行机构、举升机构和高度可调的支撑机构,走行机构包括走行轮和驱动走行轮转动的走行电机,走行轮与工字型的轨道的顶面卡接;举升机构包括举升油缸、与举升油缸的油缸杆连接的底板和设置于底板两侧的导轮组件,导轮组件设置于轨道顶面与底面之间;台车主体走行至轨道的末端并完成工作后,举升油缸收缩使导轮组件的导轮与轨道的顶面抵接以抬起轨道,直至轨道与走行轮接触,走行电机驱动走行轮转动,以通过走行轮与轨道之间的摩擦力带动轨道前进。因此,通过举升机构实现了自动送轨功能,结构简单,且不易卡滞、可靠性高。
