The lower end of the amplitude-change pole B is hinged to the frame, and a fixed pulley is mounted at the upper end of the amplitude-change pole B; the lifting lug B is connected with a pulley A through a lifting hook A, the frame is provided with a corner pulley, a hoisting steel wire rope on the hoisting winch is steered by the corner pulley, bypasses the pulley A connected to the lifting lug B and then is connected to one side of the lifting lug A, and a pulley B with a lifting hook B is arranged on the hoisting steel wire rope between the pulley A and the lifting lug A; the amplitude-change pole B is connected with one end of an amplitude-change steel wire rope, and the other end of the amplitude-change steel wire rope is connected to the other side of the lifting lug A after being wound by the fixed pulley. The crane has the functions of rotating, hoisting and amplitude changing, no stay wire needs to be erected, and the requirement for the site is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种无拉线桅杆吊装设备,框架与底盘转动连接,基座及起重卷扬机分别安装在框架上,起重杆的下端及变幅杆A的下端分别铰接于基座上,起重杆的上端安装有主杆头,变幅杆A的上端与变幅杆B的上端相连,变幅杆B的下端铰接于框架上,变幅杆B的上端安装有定滑轮;吊耳B上通过吊钩A连接有滑轮A,框架上安装有转角滑车,起重卷扬机上的起重钢丝绳经转角滑车转向后绕过吊耳B上连接的滑轮A,再连接于吊耳A的一侧,在滑轮A与吊耳A之间的起重钢丝绳上设有带吊钩B的滑轮B;变幅杆B上连接有变幅钢丝绳的一端,变幅钢丝绳的另一端由定滑轮绕过后连接于吊耳A的另一侧。本发明具有旋转、起吊、变幅的功能,无需搭设拉线,减少对场地的要求。
