The wide-application-range suspension device for mechanical equipment part machining comprises a supporting beam frame and supporting columns, a hoisting structure is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting beam frame, the hoisting structure comprises a metal cover, the supporting columns are installed at the four corners of the supporting beam frame, and lifting structures are arranged at the bottom ends of the supporting columns. By arranging the hoisting structure, adjustment of the hoisting position and operation of a driving motor are achieved, a lead screw can be driven to rotate, threaded connection between a threaded sleeve and the lead screw is matched, the winding machine is controlled to move horizontally, the position of a hook is changed, the side section of an anti-disengaging block is in a T shape, and the anti-disengaging block is buckled in a metal cover; and meanwhile, the hoisting structures are distributed at the bottom end of the supporting beam frame in a central symmetry mode, mechanical equipment parts of different sizes can be hoisted conveniently, therefore, the suspension device has the flexible adjusting function, and the applicability of the suspension device is improved.

    本发明公开了一种适用范围广的机械装备零部件加工用悬吊装置,包括支撑梁架和支撑柱,所述支撑梁架的底端设置有吊装结构,所述吊装结构包括金属罩,所述支撑梁架的四个拐角处均安装有支撑柱,且支撑柱的底端设置有升降结构。本发明通过设置有吊装结构,实现了对吊装位置进行调整,驱动电机的运作,能够带动丝杆进行转动,配合螺纹套与丝杆之间的螺纹连接,控制收卷机进行水平移动,改变挂钩的位置,且防脱块的侧剖面呈“T”字形,并卡扣在金属罩的内部,预防收卷机倾斜,同时吊装结构在支撑梁架的底端呈中心对称分布,便于对不同尺寸的机械装备零部件进行吊装,从而使悬吊装置具有灵活调节功能,提高了悬吊装置的适用性。
