The invention relates to a vertical conveying positioning method based on photoelectric combination switch signals, which comprises the following steps: 1, controlling the running speed of an elevator car by a variable frequency motor, and controlling the stop position by the motor with a band-type brake; 2, a group of eight photoelectricity devices are installed on one side of a lift car of the elevator, different position combinations are installed at the deceleration position and the stop position of each layer of the corresponding side of a vertical rail respectively, and it is guaranteed that the installation positions of the photoelectricity devices and each group of sheets are horizontal; 3, different signal combinations formed by photoelectricity and the sheets are input to a PLC, a unique photoelectric value is obtained, and the current layer number is solved; and 4, judging a deceleration bit value and a stop bit value according to the current layer number and the set layer number. The method is mainly used for effectively identifying the current position and meeting the application requirements of accurate layer-changing positioning in the layer-changing process of a layer-changing elevator in a vertical conveying system.

    本发明涉及一种基于光电组合开关信号的垂直输送定位方法,一:提升机轿厢由一台变频电机控制运行速度,电机带抱闸控制停止位置;二:在提升机轿厢一侧安装一组8个光电,在垂直轨道对应一侧每层的减速位置和停止位置分别安装不同位置组合且数量不大于8片的薄片,确保光电和每组薄片安装位置水平;三:光电和薄片形成不同的信号组合输入到PLC,得到一个唯一的光电数值求出当前层数;四:根据当前层数和设定层数判断减速位数值和停止位数值。本发明主要用于垂直输送系统中换层提升机换层过程中,如何有效识别当前位置并实现精确换层定位应用需求。
