The invention provides a fire extinguishing device and a fire-fighting airplane. The fire extinguishing device comprises an energy storage system, a fire extinguishing agent storage system, an injection system, at least one gas pipeline communicating vessel and at least one liquid pipeline communicating vessel. The energy storage system is used for providing high-pressure gas to serve as a power source for spraying a fire extinguishing agent. The fire extinguishing agent storage system is detachably provided with at least one container used for storing the fire extinguishing agent. And the injection system is used for injecting the fire extinguishing agent to the outside of the cabin. The first end of the at least one gas pipeline communicating vessel is connected with the energy storage system, and the second end of the at least one gas pipeline communicating vessel is detachably connected with the at least one container. The first end of the at least one liquid pipeline communicating vessel is connected with the injection system, and the second end of the at least one liquid pipeline communicating vessel is detachably connected with the at least one container. The fire extinguishing device can reduce the demand of a fire-fighting aircraft for a supply environment and improve the supply efficiency of the fire-fighting aircraft, so that the rescue efficiency of aviation fire rescue is improved.
