The pilot control device comprises a control handle, a mounting base and a base, a handle shaft and a spline shaft connected to the outer edge of the handle shaft in a sleeving mode are arranged at the bottom of the control handle, and the spline shaft is sequentially arranged in the mounting base and the base in a sleeving mode through a plurality of deep groove ball bearings and is in meshing transmission to a damper and a displacement sensor in the mounting base; the outer edge of the spline shaft is further sleeved with a forward rotation ring and a reverse rotation ring which are arranged at a certain interval, spring installation bases connected with the opposite ends of the forward rotation ring and the reverse rotation ring fix the two ends of the torsion spring and sleeve the spline shaft, and the operation force feeling is fed back to a pilot when the control handle is rotated. The spline shaft is in transmission connection with the damper and the displacement sensor through the single special-shaped output gear, damping and displacement sensing functions are achieved at the same time, the torsion spring arranged at the bottom of the output gear achieves the operation force sense feedback function, the internal space utilization rate of the operation device is high, and the size and weight of the device are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种飞行员操纵装置,包括操纵手柄、安装座和底座,操纵手柄底部设有手柄轴及套接在手柄轴外缘的花键轴,花键轴通过若干深沟球轴承先后套装在安装座和底座内,并分别啮合传动至安装座内的阻尼器和位移传感器上,花键轴外缘还套装具有一定间隔的顺向旋转环和逆向旋转环,顺、逆向旋转环相对端各自连接的弹簧安装座将扭转弹簧两端固定并套装在花键轴上,在旋转操纵手柄时向飞行员反馈操作力感。本发明的花键轴通过单个异形输出齿轮传动连接阻尼器和位移传感器,同时实现阻尼和位移传感功能,输出齿轮底部设置的扭转弹簧实现操作力感反馈功能,使得操作装置内部空间利用率高,减少了装置的体积和重量。
