The invention belongs to the technical field of auxiliary frames, and provides a multi-direction core-pulling aluminum alloy auxiliary frame which comprises an overall high-pressure casting main body, the main body comprises two cross beams, two longitudinal beams, a front control arm frame and a rear control arm frame, the longitudinal beams are connected between the cross beams, vehicle body mounting holes are formed in the cross beams, and the front control arm frame is connected with the rear control arm frame. A front-back core-pulling structure extending towards the longitudinal beam is arranged on the vehicle body mounting hole, the front control arm frame and the rear control arm frame are connected to the longitudinal beam, and a lateral core-pulling structure is arranged on the longitudinal beam between the front control arm frame and the rear control arm frame. The auxiliary frame has the advantages that 11 parts are integrated into one part through aluminum alloy integral casting forming, the welding technology and the assembling procedure are omitted, the product manufacturing complexity is reduced, the weight of the whole auxiliary frame is reduced by about 5%, the front-back core pulling structure and the forward core pulling structure are used for improving the modality of all positions, and the production efficiency is improved. The modal performance of the whole auxiliary frame is improved by about 8%.

    本发明属于副车架技术领域,提供了一种多方向抽芯铝合金副车架,包括有整体高压铸造的主体,主体包括两根横梁、两根纵梁、前控制臂架以及后控制臂架,纵梁连接在横梁之间,横梁上具有车身安装孔,在车身安装孔上具有往纵梁方向延伸的前后向抽芯结构,前控制臂架以及后控制臂架连接在纵梁上,在前控制臂架以及后控制臂架之间的纵梁上具有侧向抽芯结构。本发明的优点在于通过铝合金整体铸造成型将零件数量由11个零件整合成1个零件,取消焊接工艺和组装工序,降低产品制造复杂程度,整个副车架降重约5%左右,利用前后向抽芯结构以及前向抽芯结构提高了各个位置的模态,整个副车架模态性能提高约8%。
