A coaxial double-motor brake-by-wire system comprises a brake power mechanism, a speed reducing mechanism and a brake executing mechanism, the brake power mechanism comprises a first brake motor and a second brake motor which are located on the same axis and meshed with a secondary driven gear through the speed reducing mechanism, and a lead screw achieves axial rotation through the secondary driven gear. Pressure buildup of the brake master cylinder is achieved through the guide support and the ejector rod, and return of the lead screw is achieved under the action of the return spring. The two brake motors can work at the same time and are independent of each other, when one brake motor fails and loses efficacy, the other brake motor can still work normally, redundancy of the system is achieved, and the safety of the brake system is improved; the double motors are coaxial and provide assistance for the braking system at the same time, the requirement of the braking system for the motor performance can be reduced, and it is guaranteed that the braking assistance is still within a proper range while the speed reducing mechanism is simplified; the brake structure is free of pedal input and can be well matched with a current intelligent automobile.

    一种同轴双电机线控制动系统,包括制动动力机构,减速机构,制动执行机构,制动动力机构包括第一制动电机和第二制动电机,其在同一轴线上并通过减速机构与二级从动齿轮啮合,丝杆通过二级从动齿轮实现轴向转动,通过导向支架和顶杆实现对制动主缸的建压,并在回位弹簧的作用下实现丝杆的回位。本发明的两个制动电机能够同时工作,并且互相独立,在其中一个制动电机故障失效时,另一制动电机仍可正常工作,实现系统的冗余,提高制动系统的安全性;双电机同轴同时为制动系统提供助力,可以减小制动系统对电机性能的要求,在简化减速机构的同时保证制动助力大小仍在合适范围内;制动器结构无踏板输入,能够良好的与当前智能汽车相匹配。
