According to the plunger type brake master cylinder of the automobile constant-pressure quick-charging structure, a constant-pressure quick-charging assembly is designed between a first brake cavity and a liquid supply cavity, and the constant-pressure quick-charging assembly is composed of a valve rod, a quick-charging valve sealing ring, a return spring, an O-shaped ring, a valve seat and a plug. When a master pump is in a static state, under the action of a return spring, a quick-charge valve sealing ring blocks an oil return hole, when a first plunger moves forwards under the action of a pedal mechanism to close a first oil inlet hole, the volume of a liquid supply cavity is changed during movement, brake liquid is pushed into a first brake cavity from the liquid supply cavity, and at the moment, the first plunger moves forwards to close the first oil inlet hole. The constant pressure type quick charging assembly plays a role, when the first brake cavity does not reach a certain pressure, the oil return hole communicating with the liquid supply cavity is always kept in a closed state in the quick charging process, brake liquid in the liquid supply cavity is prevented from entering the liquid storage tank through the first oil supply port, and therefore the purpose of quick oil supply is achieved; and any loss of brake fluid is avoided.

    本发明提出了一种汽车定压快充结构式的柱塞式的制动主缸,其第一制动腔和供液腔之间设计一个定压式的快充组件,定压式的快充组件由阀杆、快充阀密封圈、回位弹簧、O形圈、阀座、堵头组成。当总泵处理处于静止状态时,在回位弹簧的作用下,快充阀密封圈形成对回油孔的封堵,当第一柱塞在踏板机构的作用下向前移动,关闭第一进油孔,移动中,供液腔的容积发生变化,使制动液由供液腔推送至第一制动腔中,此时,定压式的快充组件发挥作用,在第一制动腔未达到一定的压力时,始终保持与供液腔连通的回油孔在快充过程中处于关闭状态,不让供液腔中的制动液通过第一供油端口进入储液罐,从而实现快速供油的目的,且在快充过程中,无任何制动液的损失。
