The invention provides a control method of an extended-range fuel cell vehicle. The control method comprises the following steps: detecting a current working mode of the extended-range fuel cell vehicle; if the mode is the EV mode, when the electric quantity SOC of the power battery is smaller than or equal to SOC1, a hydrogen fuel cell engine range extender is started, and the electric quantity SOC of the power battery is SOCgt; when SOC2 is detected, a range extender of the hydrogen fuel cell engine is closed; if the mode is the AUTO mode, starting a hydrogen fuel cell engine range extender when the power battery electric quantity SOC is smaller than or equal to SOC2, and closing the hydrogen fuel cell engine range extender when the SOC is larger than SOC3; if the mode is the DRIVE mode, starting a hydrogen fuel cell engine range extender when the SOC of the power cell is smaller than or equal to SOC3, and closing the hydrogen fuel cell engine range extender when the SOC of the power cell is larger than SOC5; whether the range extender of the hydrogen fuel cell engine is started or not and the output power are judged according to the electric quantity SOC and the vehicle speed of the power cell in different modes, the fuel economy is improved, meanwhile, the power performance of the whole vehicle is improved, and the problem that the power cell continuously lacks electricity under the limiting working condition is solved.

    本发明提供一种增程式燃料电池车的控制方法,包括如下步骤:检测增程式燃料电池车的当前工作模式;若为EV模式,则在动力电池电量SOC≤SOC1时,启动氢燃料电池发动机增程器,在动力电池电量SOC>SOC2时,关闭氢燃料电池发动机增程器;若为AUTO模式,则在动力电池电量SOC≤SOC2时,启动氢燃料电池发动机增程器,当SOC>SOC3时,关闭氢燃料电池发动机增程器;若为DRIVE模式,则在当动力电池SOC≤SOC3时,启动氢燃料电池发动机增程器,当动力电池电量SOC>SOC5时,关闭氢燃料电池发动机增程器;根据不同模式下的动力电池电量SOC及车速判断氢燃料电池发动机增程器是否开启以及输出功率大小,提高燃料经济性的同时,使得整车动力性得到改善,避免了极限工况下动力电池持续亏电问题。
