The hydrogen cylinder is fixed through the arrangement frame, fuel is stored in the hydrogen cylinder, the temperature sensor detects whether the surface temperature of the hydrogen cylinder is too high or not, the cooling water tank cooperates with low-temperature water converted in the water storage tank to assist in cooling the hydrogen cylinder, potential safety hazards caused by too high temperature of the hydrogen cylinder are prevented, and protection facilities for the hydrogen cylinder are added; and the potential safety hazard of the hydrogen cylinder in high-temperature weather is effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种顶置式大巴燃料电池发动机通风防尘防雨的设计,涉及燃料电池大巴制造技术领域。本发明包括车体结构、燃料结构、回收结构、转化结构、液冷循环结构、减震结构以及散热结构,冷凝机以及第一水泵均安装于顶部设备仓内部下表面,冷却管一端与冷却水箱一侧表面连接,冷却水箱安装于固定架内部,三个氢气瓶安装于冷却水箱内部,储水盒下表面与顶部设备仓内部下表面连接。本发明通过设置架固定氢气瓶,氢气瓶存放燃料,温度传感器检测氢气瓶表面温度是否过高,冷却水箱配合蓄水箱内部转化的低温水帮助氢气瓶降温防止其温度过高出现安全隐患,增加了对氢气瓶的保护设施,有效解决了高温天气下氢气瓶本身存在的安全隐患。
