The invention relates to an automobile tire pressure signal loss fault simulation test method. The method comprises the following steps: reading an ID value of each tire pressure monitoring module; reading the data according to a sequence of left front, right front, right rear and left rear, and writing the data into a vehicle body control unit; shielding an EMS signal power supply mode signal and an ABS vehicle speed signal; a power supply sending mode and a vehicle speed are simulated, a whole vehicle power supply mode is sent to a vehicle body control unit to be running, the vehicle speed is 32 km/h, and the state is kept for more than 9 s; two or three tire pressure monitoring modules are triggered every one minute, and the other tire pressure monitoring modules are not triggered; and the vehicle body control unit reports the loss fault of the non-triggered tire pressure monitoring module, and sends a fault code to an instrument for prompting and reading. According to the invention, the signal loss fault of the tire pressure sensor can be tested only by simulating the whole vehicle power supply mode and the vehicle speed without starting the vehicle or removing the tire pressure sensor and other dangerous working conditions.
本发明涉及一种汽车胎压信号丢失故障模拟测试方法,包括读出每个轮胎气压监测模块的ID值;将其按照左前→右前→右后→左后的顺序读取,并写入车身控制单元中;屏蔽EMS信号供电模式信号和ABS的车速信号;模拟发送供电模式和车速,向车身控制单元发送整车供电模式为running,车速为32km/h,保持9s以上;每隔1分钟触发两个或三个轮胎气压监测模块,其余轮胎气压监测模块不做触发;车身控制单元报未触发轮胎气压监测模块丢失故障,并将故障码发到仪表上进行提示,并读取。本发明可不用启动车辆,或者将胎压传感器去掉等危险工况,只需通过模拟整车供电模式及车速的方式,即可以完成胎压传感器信号丢失故障的测试。
