The crawler-type obstacle breaking robot comprises a crawler walking mechanism and a vehicle body, the vehicle body is fixedly installed on the inner side of the crawler walking mechanism, a supporting plate is fixedly installed on the top of the vehicle body, a storage box is fixedly installed on the top of the supporting plate, and a mechanical arm is fixedly installed on the other side of the top of the supporting plate; the input end of the mechanical arm is electrically connected with a mechanical arm control assembly. By arranging the mechanical arm, the mechanical arm control assembly, the camera collecting system, the manual control terminal, the intelligent automatic control terminal and the intelligent recognition assembly, the purposes of manual control and intelligent recognition and automatic blasting work can be achieved, and the problems that when disaster rescue is executed, obstacles on a rescue road need to be removed, and the rescue time is shortened are solved. The problems that when obstacles such as cement piers are cleaned, a blasting mode is usually adopted for cleaning, however, manual explosive filling is very dangerous, and casualties are prone to occurring are solved.

    本发明公开了履带式破障机器人,包括履带行走机构和车体,所述车体固定安装在履带行走机构的内侧,所述车体的顶部固定安装有支撑板,所述支撑板的顶部固定安装有存放箱,所述支撑板顶部的另一侧固定安装有机械臂,所述机械臂的输入端电性连接有机械臂控制组件;本发明通过设置机械臂、机械臂控制组件、摄像头采集系统、人工控制终端、智能自动控制终端和智能识别组件,达到了可人力操控还可智能识别自动进行爆破工作的目的,解决了在执行灾难救援时,需要对救援道路进行障碍清除,对水泥墩等障碍物进行清理时,通常是采用爆破的方式进行,但有人力填放炸药十分危险,容易出现人员伤亡的问题。
