The invention relates to the technical field of ship bulkhead design, in particular to a color-adjustable ship test cabin bulkhead structure and a mounting method thereof. The color-adjustable ship test cabin wall structure comprises a metal cabin wall outer plate, a plurality of sets of T-shaped steel reinforcing ribs are welded to the metal cabin wall outer plate, a plurality of sets of modularized LED lamp back plates are fixed to the T-shaped steel reinforcing ribs, color-changeable LED lamp arrays are evenly arranged on the LED lamp back plates according to a preset array form, and the color-changeable LED lamp arrays are arranged on the metal cabin wall outer plate. The outer surface of the color-changeable LED lamp array is covered with multiple sets of modularized transparent material plates, the multiple sets of modularized transparent material plates are fixed into a whole through a bulkhead sealing plate, the color-changeable LED lamp array is electrically connected with a control box, and the control box is electrically connected with a power source. The structure can efficiently and quickly adjust the color of the cabin wall and simulate various cabin color environments, and is convenient to install, energy-saving and environment-friendly.

    本发明涉及船舶舱壁设计技术领域,具体涉及一种色彩可调节的船舶试验舱舱壁结构及其安装方法。提供了一种色彩可调节的船舶试验舱舱壁结构,包括金属舱壁外板,所述金属舱壁外板上焊接有多组T型钢加强筋,所述T型钢加强筋上固定有多组模块化的LED灯背板,所述LED灯背板上按预设阵列形式均匀布置有可变色LED灯阵列,所述可变色LED灯阵列外表面覆盖有多组模块化的透明材料板,所述多组模块化的透明材料板通过舱壁封板固定为一个整体,所述可变色LED灯阵列与控制箱电连接,所述控制箱与电源电连接;该结构能够高效、快速的调整舱壁颜色,模拟多种舱室色彩环境,且安装方便、节能环保。
