The damping mechanism is arranged for damping when the steel wire rope violently shakes in the hoisting process, the plane rotation angle and the vertical plane rotation angle of the lower beam body can be adjusted relative to the upper beam body, the adjusting driving mechanism is arranged on the upper beam body, and the adjusting driving mechanism can choose to adjust the damping mechanism or adjust the plane rotation angle of the lower beam body. In this way, large potential safety hazards in a complex environment are avoided. The horizontal position and the inclination angle of the steel box girder do not need to be adjusted by pulling of people, accurate positioning of the steel box girder is guaranteed, and high quality of bridge erection is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种操作便捷的梁体吊装装置,包括钢丝绳、上梁体和钢箱梁,所述上梁体上安装减震机构,且减震机构用于对钢丝绳在吊装过程中剧烈晃动时减震,所述上梁体下端安装下梁体,所述上梁体和下梁体平行设置,且下梁体可相对上梁体调整平面自转角度和垂直面自转角度。本发明设置减震机构用于对钢丝绳在吊装过程中剧烈晃动时减震,下梁体可相对上梁体调整平面自转角度和垂直面自转角度,上梁体上设调节驱动机构,且调节驱动机构可选择调节减震机构使用或下梁体平面自转角度的调整,这样避免在复杂环境下存在较大的安全隐患;不需要通过为人拉动调节钢箱梁的水平位置和倾斜角度,保证钢箱梁的精准定位,保证桥梁架设高质量。
