The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle wing supporting rod and a forming method thereof.The wing supporting rod comprises a supporting rod base body, the supporting rod base body is located in a wing shell of an unmanned aerial vehicle and fixes a propeller motor of an unmanned aerial vehicle wing, one end of the supporting rod base body and the side wall of the wing shell are integrally formed, and the other end of the supporting rod base body and the side wall of the wing shell are integrally formed; one end of the supporting rod base body is integrally formed with a supporting seat of the propeller motor, the other end of the supporting rod base body and a supporting seat of the propeller motor are integrally formed, the circumferential surface of the supporting rod base body and the bottom of the wing shell are integrally formed, and the supporting rod base body is a hollow carbon fiber rod. In the material soaking process, the first forming structure, the second forming structure and the third forming structure are sequentially formed, the situation that the supporting rod and a to-be-connected piece are relatively independent pieces is effectively avoided, the weight is reduced, and meanwhile the stability of an unmanned aerial vehicle shell system can be effectively enhanced; while the wings are protected, light weight of the supporting rods can be guaranteed, and the situation that normal use of the unmanned aerial vehicle is affected due to too large mass is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种无人机机翼支撑杆及其成型方法,该机翼支撑杆包括支撑杆基体,所述支撑杆基体位于无人机的机翼壳体内,对无人机机翼的螺旋桨电机进行固定,所述支撑杆基体一端与所述机翼壳体的侧壁一体成型,另一端与所述螺旋桨电机的支撑座一体成型,所述支撑杆基体的圆周面与所述机翼壳体底部一体成型,所述支撑杆基体为中空的碳纤维杆。本发明在浸料过程中,依次形成的第一成型结构、第二成型结构以及第三成型结构,有效避免了支撑杆与待连接件互为相对独立件,在降重的同时,还能够有效的增强无人机壳体系统的稳定性,而采用碳纤维材料制成的支撑杆,在对机翼进行保护的同时,还能够保证支撑杆的轻量化,避免质量过大影响无人机的正常使用。
