The invention discloses a hydraulic failure judgment and emergency control method for an electro-hydraulic steering system of a commercial vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: monitoring the input torque, the rotation angle, the vehicle speed and the duration of a steering wheel in real time, and judging that the steering system is in hydraulic failure after the input torque, the rotation angle, the vehicle speed and the duration of the steering wheel reach set thresholds; the emergency control method comprises the steps that the output torque value of a power assisting motor is rapidly increased according to needs, and then large electric power assisting is provided to replace suddenly lost hydraulic power assisting; the automobile steering hydraulic system has the advantages that when the automobile steering hydraulic system works normally, hydraulic power is enough to be used by the whole automobile, motor power is not needed, the output torque of the motor is limited within 1Nm at the moment, and oil consumption can be reduced; when hydraulic pressure fails, the motor can provide large assisting power to replace suddenly lost hydraulic assisting power, so that the situation that a driver suddenly cannot rotate a steering wheel with hand power smaller than 450N according to the national standard requirement, traffic accidents are caused, and heavy casualties and property losses are caused is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种商用车电液转向系统液压失效判定及应急控制方法,所述液压失效判定方法包括通过实时监控方向盘输入扭矩、转角、车速及持续时间,这四个元素达到设定阈值后就判定为转向系统液压失效;所述应急控制方法包括通过快速按需增大助力电机输出扭矩值,进而提供较大电动助力,来替代突然失去的液压助力;本发明的优点在于,汽车转向液压系统正常工作时,液压助力足够整车使用,不需电机助力,此时电机输出扭矩被限制在1Nm以内,可降低油耗;液压失效时电机可提供大助力来替代突然失去的液压助力,从而避免驾驶员突然无法以国标要求<450N的手力来转动方向盘进而引发交通事故、造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失的情况发生。
