The invention discloses a high beam and low beam switching control method, a storage medium and electronic equipment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining navigation information, obstacle information and vehicle front video information in response to a vehicle lamp turn-on signal; determining a road type according to the navigation information and the video information in front of the vehicle; and according to the obstacle information, the road type and the video information in front of the vehicle, the vehicle lamp is controlled to be switched between a high beam and a low beam. When the vehicle lamp is turned on, firstly, the road type is determined according to the navigation information in combination with the vehicle front video information, then the vehicle lamp is jointly controlled to switch the high beam or the low beam in combination with the obstacle information, the road type and the vehicle front video information, the method does not simply depend on recognition of the vehicle front video information, the recognition accuracy is high, and the recognition efficiency is high for different road types. Different control schemes are set, the stability is high, and the driving experience of a user can be effectively improved.
