A plurality of millimeter-wave radars are carried on a vehicle, and a multi-mode switching function of the millimeter-wave radars is utilized, so that when the vehicle enters a low-speed driving state, a reversing state or a static state, one working mode of all or part of the millimeter-wave radars is switched into an extremely close distance detection mode, and the nearest detection distance of the radars can be less than 0.15 m; the detection area of the ultrasonic radar is completely covered, and when the forward driving speed reaches a certain speed or above, if the speed is higher than 20 km/h, the extremely close distance detection mode is switched to other corresponding working modes of the radar.
