The invention relates to a verification system and method for aircraft fuel tank lightning protection design. The verification system comprises a lightning current waveform generation device and a test gas explosion verification device for verifying the flammability of the test gas. According to the test gas explosion verification device, impact energy generated by gas explosion can be completely separated from the tested aircraft fuel tank, and the risk that the structure of the tested aircraft fuel tank is damaged due to gas explosion impact is greatly reduced. Besides, the verification system also comprises an air tightness detection system which is used for detecting the air tightness of the tested aircraft fuel tank and the test bench before the test, so that the proportion of test ineffectiveness caused by test gas leakage can be greatly reduced. The tested aircraft fuel tank is also connected through an inflation pipeline and an exhaust pipeline to group a plurality of compartments in the box section of the aircraft fuel tank, so that the detection test can be carried out flexibly and specifically, and the ignition source can be positioned conveniently. The lightning current waveform generation device adopts a bus bar connection mode which is flexible in arrangement and convenient to access nearby.

    本公开涉及飞机油箱雷电防护设计的验证系统和方法。该验证系统包括闪电电流波形发生装置和验证试验气体的可燃性的试验气体燃爆验证装置。该试验气体燃爆验证装置可将气体燃爆产生的冲击能量与被测的飞机油箱完全分隔开,大大降低气体燃爆冲击造成被测飞机油箱结构破损的风险。另外,该验证系统还包括气密性检测系统,用于在试验前对被测飞机油箱和试验台架的气密性进行检测,可以大大降低由于试验气体泄漏导致试验无效的比例。被测飞机油箱还通过充气、排气管路连接将飞机油箱盒段内多个隔舱进行分组,便于灵活地、有针对性的开展检测试验,并有助于点火源定位。闪电电流波形发生装置采用布置灵活、方便就近接入的汇流条连接形式。
