The invention provides a novel worm gear for an automobile steering engine, belongs to the technical field of automobile parts, and solves the problem of insufficient connection strength during circumferential rotation of an external part with straight teeth and a connecting part in the prior art. The connecting piece comprises an external part, an internal part and a connecting piece which is made of plastic and used for connecting the internal part and the external part, the connecting piece is formed between the external part and the internal part through an injection molding process, a connecting ring allowing the connecting piece to be embedded in during injection molding is arranged on the inner circumferential face of the external part, and a plurality of first connecting grooves distributed in the circumferential direction are formed in the connecting ring; a plurality of straight teeth are arranged on the periphery of the external part, a plurality of second connecting grooves are formed in the sides, close to the connecting ring, of the straight teeth, a plurality of connecting blocks capable of being connected with the second connecting grooves in an injection molding mode are arranged on the peripheral face of the connecting part, and the bottoms of the connecting blocks abut against the second connecting grooves. The connecting block is formed between the peripheral surface of the connecting piece and the second connecting groove through injection molding, so that the second connecting groove is fixedly connected with the connecting block, and the overall structural strength is improved.

    本发明提供了一种新型汽车转向机用蜗轮,属于汽车零部件技术领域,解决了现有技术带直齿的外部件与连接件周向转动时连接强度不够的问题。本发明包括外部件、内部件以及由塑料制成的用于连接内部件与外部件的连接件,连接件采用注塑工艺成型于外部件与内部件之间,外部件内周面设有供连接件注塑时可嵌入其中的连接圈,连接圈内形成若干个周向分布的第一连接槽,外部件外周设有若干个直齿,直齿上靠近连接圈的一侧设有若干个第二连接槽,连接件外周面设有若干个可与第二连接槽注塑连接的连接块,连接块底部与第二连接槽相抵。本发明通过在连接件外周面与第二连接槽之间注塑成型连接块,使得第二连接槽与连接块固定连接,提升整体结构强度。
